摘 要:激光选区熔化技术(Selective Laser Melting,SLM)制备的Inconel625合金存在表面质量较差的问题,采用磁力光加工技术(Magnetic Abrasive Finishing,MAF)提高成形侧表面的表面质量。通过主轴改造后的XK7136C数控铣床作为加工平台,采用雾化快凝法制备的CBN/Fe基球形磁性磨料对SLM Inconel625合金进行磁力光整试验研究。基于响应曲面法,经磁力光整后样件的表面粗糙度值(Ra)为响应值,对主轴转速、进给速率和加工间隙进行优化。在主轴转速1200 r/min,进给速度13 mm/min,加工间隙2.2 mm的条件下研磨40 min,试验结果表明:样件的表面粗糙度值由初始的0.700μm下降至0.043μm,磁力光整加工后样件表面不规则凸起和划痕均被去除,表面质量得到极大的改善。The surface quality of Inconel625 alloy fabricated by selective laser melting(SLM)is relatively poor.And magnetic abrasive finishing(MAF)was used to enhance the quality of the forming surface.The XK7136C CNC milling machine after the spindle transformation was selected as the processing platform.The magnetic abrasive finishing experiments on SLM Inconel625 alloy were performed with CBN/Fe-based magnetic abrasives prepared by gas atomization with rapid solidification.Selected the surface roughness(Ra)after MAF as the response value,the spindle speed,feed rate,and machining gap were optimized based on the response surface methodology.Under the conditions of spindle speed 1200 r/min,feed rate 13 mm/min and machining clearance 2.2 mm,the sample was continuously finished for 40 min.The results illustrate that surface roughness of the sample decreases from 0.700μm to 0.043μm.The irregular bumps and scratches on the surface are removed after MAF.The surface quality has been greatly improved.
