摘 要:采用硅烷偶联剂KH-560在热镀锌铝镁板(ZAM)表面制备丙烯酸树脂-硅烷钝化膜层,可延长其耐腐蚀时间。利用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱分析、电化学工作站等方法,研究不同KH-560添加量和水解时间对钝化膜电化学性能和微观形貌的影响。结果表明,钝化膜以堆积方式沉积到基材表面,当KH-560添加量为8%,水解时间为8 h,制备的钝化膜腐蚀电流达到了5.718×10^(-6 )A·cm^(-2),较基体提升1个数量级。KH-560可以与丙烯酸树脂在ZAM表面生成一层致密的网状结构钝化膜,有效提升了热镀锌铝镁板的耐蚀性。The acrylic resin-silane passivation film based on zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel plate surface by silane coupling agent KH-560 can prolong its corrosion resistance time.The effects of different KH-560 addition and hydrolysis time on the electrochemical properties and micro-morphology of the passivation film were studied by means of scanning electron microscope,infrared spectrum analysis,electrochemical workstation,etc.The results show that the passivation film is deposited on the surface of the substrate in a stacking manner.When the addition of KH-560 is 8%and the hydrolysis time is 8 h,the corrosion current reaches 5.718×10^(-6) A·cm^(-2),an order of magnitude higher than the matrix.KH-560 can form a dense network structure passivation film on the surface of ZAM with acrylic resin,effectively improving the corrosion resistance of zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel matrix.
