摘  要:为了解橡胶悬架用橡胶弹簧的动态特性,采用动态热机械分析和单轴拉伸试验测试橡胶试样,得到橡胶超黏弹性本构模型参数,建立橡胶弹簧有限元模型,并通过Abaqus软件对橡胶弹簧进行动态特性仿真,分析橡胶悬架用橡胶弹簧的动态特性.试验结果表明:橡胶弹簧动态特性受激励的频率与幅值影响较大,幅值一定时,随频率的增大,动刚度显著增大;频率一定时,随幅值的增大,动刚度逐渐下降.本文所得结果为后续橡胶悬架以及整车动态特性的研究提供了可靠的依据.In order to study the dynamic characteristics of rubber springs used in rubber suspension,the hyperelastic and viscoelastic constitutive model parameters of rubber are obtained by using dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA)and uniaxial tensile test,and the finite element model of rubber springs is established.Abaqus software is used to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the rubber spring,and the reliability of the simulation results is verified by combining the dynamic characteristics test results.The results show that the dynamic characteristics of rubber spring are greatly affected by the frequency and amplitude of excitation.When the amplitude is constant,the dynamic stiffness increases significantly with the increase of frequency.When the frequency is constant,the dynamic stiffness decreases gradually with the increase of the amplitude.The results of this paper provide a reliable basis for the subsequent research of rubber suspension and vehicle dynamic characteristics.
