摘 要:采用化学杀虫剂防治缀叶丛螟,可迅速压低虫口密度,为合理使用杀虫剂,避免超剂量使用而引起害虫抗药性,该研究采用高效氯氰菊酯、阿维菌素和吡虫啉浸渍叶片后喂食缀叶丛螟幼虫,测定3种杀虫剂对幼虫的毒力,并对缀叶丛螟在这3种杀虫剂处理后的生存曲线进行分析。结果表明:3种杀虫剂对缀叶丛螟的毒力依次是高效氯氰菊酯>吡虫啉>阿维菌素;高效氯氰菊酯处理缀叶丛螟的存活率明显小于阿维菌素和吡虫啉处理。按照高效低毒的原则,在对缀叶丛螟幼虫进行防治时应优先选择吡虫啉,而高效氯氰菊酯可作为应急手段。Chemical insecticides can rapidly reduce the population density of Locastra muscosalis.In order to use insecticides rationally and avoid excessive use of insecticides which may cause insecticide resistance,in present study,leaves were immersed withβ-cypermethrin,avermectin and imidacloprid and then fed to the larvae of L.muscosalis.The toxicity of three insecticides to the L.muscosalis larvae was determined and the survival curves of the L.muscosalis treated with three insecticides were analyzed.The results showed that the toxicity of the three insecticides to the L.muscosalis larvae from high to low wereβ-cypermethrin,imidacloprid and avermectin.The survival rate ofβ-cypermethrin treatment was significantly lower than that of avermectin and imidacloprid treatment.According to the principle of high efficiency and low toxicity,imidacloprid should be the first choicefor control of L.muscosalis larvae,andβ-cypermethrin can be used in emergency.
