摘 要:随着山野菜刺龙牙的市场需求不断增加,其野生资源面临枯竭,亟需建立林下刺龙牙栽培模式。该研究以林下人工栽植的刺龙牙为对象,探讨坡向、林分郁闭度及初植密度对刺龙牙生长的影响。结果表明:南坡栽植的刺龙牙株高、地径、顶芽基径、顶芽长度、枝梢粗度等生长指标均极显著高于北坡(P<0.01),不同坡向间成活率差异不显著(P>0.05);不同林分郁闭度下栽植的刺龙牙株高、地径、顶芽基径、顶芽长度、枝梢粗度等生长指标和成活率差异均显著(P<0.05),且郁闭度越大各指标越小;667m2栽植1400株刺龙牙的株高、地径、顶芽基径、顶芽长度、枝梢粗度等生长指标显著高于其它密度(P<0.05),各初植密度间成活率差异不显著(P>0.05)。The market demand of Aralia elata keeps son increasing,however,their resources in forest are depleted due to the predatory harvesting by humans,therefore,it is urgent to establish a culture model of A.elata in forest.In present study,the effects of slope direction,canopy density and initial planting density on the growth of A.elata were studied.The results showed that the height and ground diameter of plant,base diameter and length of terminal bud,and diameter of shoot for A.elata planted in the south slope were significantly higher than those in the north slope(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in survival rate between different slope directions(P>0.05).There were significant differences in height and ground diameter of plant,base diameter and length of terminal bud,diameter of shoot,and survival rate for A.elata planted under different stand canopy density(P<0.05).The higher the canopy density,the smaller these growth index.The height and ground diameter of plant,base diameter and length of terminal bud,and diameter of shoot of 1400 A.elata planted 667 m2 were significantly higher than those of other initial planting densities(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in survival rate among initial planting densities(P>0.05).
