摘 要:为探明新型腐植酸缓释肥对刺龙牙生长和土壤的影响,该研究对刺龙牙追施腐植酸缓释肥、腐植酸和过磷酸钙,测定刺龙牙生长指标和土壤温湿度及速效养分含量。结果表明:施腐植酸缓释肥和腐植酸的刺龙牙成活率、苗高和地径均提高,当年生苗高分别为73.75 cm和73.73 cm,苗高提升较明显,而过磷酸钙对刺龙牙生长均无显著作用。施腐植酸的土壤温湿度变化较小,电导率和速效养分含量明显升高,pH值降低,而施腐植酸缓释肥的土壤指标无较大波动,说明施肥过程中起到了肥料缓释的功能。由此可见,在刺龙牙栽培过程中腐植酸缓释肥和腐植酸可以单独施用,而过磷酸钙须与基肥配合施用才能具备促进生长的作用。In order to explore the effects of applying new humic acid slow-released fertilizer on the growth and soil properties of Aralia elata,self-made humic acid slow-released fertilizer,humic acid and calcium super phosphate were applied to A.elata,and their growth index and soil available nutrient content were measured.The results showed that compared with calcium superphosphate and no fertilizer application,the survival rate,height and ground diameter of A.elata increased with humic acid slow-released fertilizer and humic acid,the seedling height increased significantly,and the height in the current year reached 73.75cm and 73.73cm,respectively.It had no significant effect on the soil temperature and moisture of A.elata for humic acid application compared with other treatments,and the soil conductivity and soil available nutrient content were significantly increased,while the pH value were decreased.The soil index of humic acid slow-released fertilizer did not fluctuate significantly,indicating that it played the role of fertilizer slow-release in the process of fertilization.It suggested that the humic acid slow-released fertilizer and humic acid can be applied separately in the planting of A.elata,while the calcium superphosphate should be applied with base fertilizer to promote the growth of A.elata.
