摘　　要：总结1例超高龄患者氯化钾外渗伴左侧胫骨外露的伤口护理经验。对伤口清创期、生长期、愈合期等不同阶段及患者全身情况进行充分评估,依据TIME原则,选用银敷料、水凝胶、泡沫敷料等多种新型敷料,联合负压伤口治疗技术,同时配合抗感染、营养支持等全身治疗及护理。患者伤口完全愈合,3个月内无复发。伤口愈合受到多种因素影响,应对患者伤口局部及全身情况进行动态评估,合理选择换药方式,并配合全身治疗,辅以必要的心理治疗及健康教育,促进患者伤口愈合。Objective This article aims to summarize the nursing experiences of a super-aged patient with potassium chloride extravasation and left tibia exposed.The wound debridement period,growth period,healing period and the patient's general condition are fully evaluated.According to the TIME principle,a variety of new dressings such as silver dressings,hydrogels,and foam dressings are selected,combined with negative pressure wound treatment technology,anti-infective treatment,nutritional support.The patient's wound was completely healed,and there was no recurrence within 3 months.Wound healing is influenced by multiple factors.A dynamic evaluation of the local and systemic conditions of the patient's wound should be conducted,and a reasonable selection of dressing changes should be made,combined with systemic treatment,accompanied by necessary psychological treatment and health education to promote wound healing.
