摘　　要：目的自制一款新型一次性粘贴型受水器,并探讨其临床应用效果及经济效益。方法采用自身对照实验,于2021年1-3月,对50例受试者进行研究,同一受试者的左眼为对照组,右眼为观察组,对照组采用传统受水器进行结膜囊冲洗,观察组使用新型一次性粘贴型受水器冲洗结膜囊,比较2组结膜囊冲洗使用时间、铺巾浸湿面积、满意度情况。结果观察组结膜囊冲洗时间为(146.24±6.58)s,对照组结膜囊冲洗时间(151.82±9.57)s,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);对照组浸湿面积为(18.30±45.68)cm 2,观察组未发生明显浸湿,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.007);2组受水器患者满意度评价指标中,舒适度、受水器固定方式及操作配合程度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),受水器材质比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.14)。结论新型一次性粘贴型结膜囊冲洗受水器切实解决了由于冲洗过程中反复倾倒冲洗液和处理医疗垃圾的时间浪费问题,避免无陪护患者的困扰,提升医护人员的操作效率,最终提高患者的满意度。Objective To make a new self-made disposable adhesive water receiver,and to explore its clinical application effect and economic benefit.Methods A self-control experiment was conducted on 50 subjects from January to March 2021.The left eye of the same subject was classified as the control group,and the right eye was the observation group.The control group used a traditional water receiver for washing conjunctival sac,while the observation group used a new type of disposable adhesive water receiver for washing the conjunctival sac.The use time of conjunctival sac irrigation,the wetted area of the drape,and the satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The conjunctival sac flushing time in the observation group was(146.24±6.58)s,and that in the control group was(151.82±9.57)s,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.001).The wetted area of the control group was(18.30±45.68)cm 2,and that of the test group was 0 cm 2,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P=0.007).Among the evaluation indicators of patient satisfaction with water receiving device between the two groups,there were statistically significant differences in the 3 indicators of comfort,fixed way of water receiving device,and degree of operation cooperation(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of water receiving device(P=0.14).Conclusion The new type of disposable adhesive receiver for conjunctival sac irrigation effectively solves the problem of time wasting due to repeated dumping of irrigation fluid and disposal of medical waste during the irrigation process,avoids the trouble of unaccompanied patients,improves the operation efficiency of medicalstaff,and ultimately improves the patients'satisfaction.
