摘　　要：拟态弧菌(Vibrio mimicus,V.mimicus)是一种人与水生动物共患病原菌,该菌不仅可以感染黄颡鱼、南方鲇等经济鱼类,对水产养殖业造成严重经济损失,同时会对食品安全和公共卫生等方面造成严重的潜在威胁。研究人员在传统细菌鉴定方法的基础上加以改进,同时利用分子生物学技术研发出了更高效、特异性更强的鉴定方法。拟态弧菌目前被发现的毒力因子主要有外膜蛋白(outer membrane protein,OMP)、外毒素以及菌毛等,主要引起感染鱼类的皮肤溃疡出血以及腹水病,人类食用会引发腹泻等不良反应。由于抗生素的长期不合理应用,近年来国内外均出现了拟态弧菌对于β-内酰胺类抗生素、磺胺类抗菌药物等的耐药现象。该文介绍了拟态弧菌的鉴定方法、致病性、耐药性及其防治技术,以期为拟态弧菌病的有效防控提供有益参考。Vibrio mimicus(V.mimicus)is a zoonotic pathogen that potentially infects aquatic animals and humans and can infect economic fishes such as Pelteobagrus fulvidraco and Silurus meridionalis,which causes serious economic losses to aquaculture,and poses a potential threat to food safety and public health.The researchers have improved on the traditional bacterial identification methods and used molecular biology techniques to develop more efficient and specific identification methods.The virulence factors of V.mimicus found so far mainly include outer membrane protein,outer toxin and pili,which mainly cause the ulcer bleeding on skin and the ascites of the infected fish,and human who eat the fish will suffer from diarrhea and other adverse reactions.Due to the unreasonable use of antibiotics for a long time,V.mimicus has been resistant to β-lactam antibiotics and sulfonamides and so on in recent years.The review summarizes the identification,pathogenicity,resistance and control techniques of V.mimicus in order to provide reference for the effective prevention and control of V.mimicus diseases.
