摘　　要：近一年来,以Web3.0技术为代表的最新一代数字化浪潮涌卷迅入社会生活,赋能千行百业竞相绽放发展,但在RCEP下的港口航运、贸易金融、供应链、物流交易等具体业务中的应用和研究却仍较少被关注。本文旨在面向RCEP贸易金融业务背景,以区块链、智能合约、隐私计算、元宇宙为技术底座,创新研发Web3.0可信数字资产技术,给出其实现技术路线图,在RCEP贸易金融业务应用实践中进行理论分析和战略性探讨,创新了Web3.0可信数字资产技术体系,形成了具有贸易金融业务内涵的企业数字化转型新方法,对于加快RCEP贸易金融业务和数字经济发展有较强的引领性意义。The newest generation of digitalized wave floods into the social life,with Web3.0 technology being the representative,and endows various businesses with capacity and develop competitively.Howev⁃er,the application and study in the businesses like harbor shipping under RCEP,trade,finance,supply chain and logistic transaction are rarely concerned and studied.Faced with the background of trade and finance under RCEP,it would be constructed as the technology infrastructure:Block chain,Smart Contract,Privacy Computing,Metaverse and so on.It was also proposed creatively that Trustworthiness Digital Assets technology based on Web3.0.Furthermore,the corresponding technological approach was adopted suitably.It was also analyzed theoretically and discussed strategically within practical trade and finance business under RCEP.The method not only fills in studying gaps of trade and finance un⁃der RCEP based on Web3.0 but also presents trustworthiness digital assets technology based on Web3.0 innovatively.Moreover,it proposes a new approach for digitization transformation of enterprises which have trade and finance business.Conclusively,it has the guideline meaning for speeding trade and finance under RCEP and digital economy development.
