摘　　要：目的通过整理分析某医院国家谈判药品“零库存”管理的使用情况,为进一步优化国家谈判药品的采购流程和管理方式提供经验参考。方法制定医院国家谈判药品的采购流程,公示临床药师审核监管的相关结果。结果国家谈判药品引进流程优化后,采购时间缩短,全院药占比未受影响。临床药师审核重点监控、中成药、抗肿瘤品种仅存在少数不合理情况。结论该院采取的“零库存”采购及临床药师审核制度,可简化采购流程,从而缩短患者等待药品时间,同时加强药品的监管,避免滥用。Objective To optimize the procurement process and management of nationally negotiated drugs by analyzing the effect of“zero inventory”of these drugs.Methods The procurement process of nationally negotiated drugs was formulated before the related results of audit and supervision by clinical pharmacists were made public.Results After the process of introducing nationally negotiated drugs was streamlined,procurement took less time,and the proportion of drugs in the whole hospital was not affected.There were only a few cases of irrational use of drugs during clinical pharmacists'monitoring of proprietary Chinese medicines and anti-tumor drugs.Conclusion The“zero inventory”procurement and audit by clinical pharmacist adopted by the hospital can streamline the process,shorten patients'waiting time for drugs,and strengthen the supervision of drugs to prevent ause.
