摘  要:当人从平原未经习服急进高原时,可能会引起严重的高原病。本文对提高红细胞氧亲和力防治高原缺氧的方法及相关新型化合物进行归纳总结,并按化合物的作用环节分为三类,分别为(1)改变血红蛋白构象:5-羟甲基糠醛、5-(2,3-二氢-1,4-苯并二氧杂环己烷-2-基)-4H-12,4-三唑-3-基)二硫化物、4,4'-二(1,2,3-三唑基)二硫化物水合物、沃塞洛托、2-羟基-6-{[(2S)-1-(吡啶-3-甲酰基)哌啶-2基]甲氧基}苯甲醛、一氧化氮、带3蛋白、乙酰化剂、N-乙基马来酰亚胺;(2)降低2,3-二磷酸甘油酸水平:硫化氢、腺苷、芦丁、白杨素;(3)增加胎儿型血红蛋白含量:羟基脲、沙利度胺、地西他滨。最后对当前研究中存在的问题与不足进行总结,为高原缺氧药物的开发与应用提供参考。Rapid entry into the plateau without acclimatization from the plains might cause serious symptoms of plateau diseases.This paper summarizes the methods and related new compounds that can be used to prevent and treat hypoxia at high altitudes by improving the oxygen affinity of red blood cells,and categorizes them into three groups based on the role of compounds,namely(1)those that can change the conformation of hemoglobin:5-hydroxymethylfurfural,TD-1,TD-3,GBT1118,GBT440,NO,band 3,acetylating agent and N-ethyl maleimide;(2)those that can reduce the level of 2,3-diphosphoglycerate:H2S,adenosine,rutin and chrysin;(3)and those that can increase the content of fetal hemoglobin:hydroxyurea,thalidomide,and decitabine.The problems and deficiencies of current research are presented in order to provide reference for developing and applying hypoxia drugs at high altitudes.
