摘 要:2021年在长江南京段设置6个着生藻类生物多样性观测点,累计观测到40种(属)着生藻类,分属5门6纲13目21科27属,以硅藻门为主。各观测点着生藻类检出种(属)类数相差较大,最多检出30种(属),最小检出15种(属)。各观测点位平均密度为8.70×10^(4)个/cm^(2)。长江南京段着生藻类多样性指数平均值为2.76,均匀度指数0.52,评价均为良好。通过IBM SPSS Statistics 20分析着生藻类和环境因子的相关性,发现着生藻类的密度与高锰酸盐指数存在显著相关;着生藻类的种属数量与水温、pH存在极显著相关。In 2021,six biological diversity observation sites were set up in Nanjing section of the Yangtze River.A total of 40 species(genera)of biological algae were observed,belonging to 5 phyla,6 classes,13 orders,21 families and 27 genera,with diatoms as the main phyla.The number of species(genera)of living algae was significantly different at each observation site,with a maximum of 30 species(genera)and a minimum of 15 species(genera).The average density of each observation point is 8.70×10^(4)·cm^(-2).The average diversity index and evenness index of algae were 2.76 and 0.52,respectively.The correlation between raw algae and environmental factors was analyzed by IBM SPSS Statistics 20,and it was found that there was a significant correlation between the density of raw algae and permanganate index.The number of living algae species was significantly correlated with water temperature and pH.
