压滤机群控技术在双柳选煤厂的应用

摘　　要：为了保障双柳煤矿选煤厂多台压滤机工作正常有序,研究了压滤机排料连锁系统,将各压滤机进行硬连锁,通过新增信号源实现采用FIFO算法,确保同一时间仅有一台压滤机排料,同时将压滤机接入环网,将入料泵、板框压滤机、卸料程序、卸料皮带组成一个整体,实现了全过程自动化,保障了多台压滤机工作生产安全。In order to ensure the normal and orderly work of multiple filter presses in Shuangliu Coal mine preparation plant,the filter presses discharge chain system is studied.The filter presses are hard interlocking,and the FIFO algorithm is adopted through the new signal source to ensure that there is only a filter press discharge at the same time.At the same time,the filter presser are connected to the ring network,and the feed pump,the plate frame filter press,the discharge procedure and the discharge belt form a whole.The whole process automation is realized and the safety of several filter presses are guaranteed.
