摘　　要：建立高效可持续发展的养老服务监管体系是提升养老服务质量的重要举措,学术界从不同视角对这一问题展开了研究。本文采用系统文献综述法对国内外养老服务综合监管相关的77篇文献进行梳理,研究发现国内研究虽起步晚于国外,但是得到了更多的研究资助,呈现出快速增长的趋势。但研究范式以规范研究为主,缺乏数据导向的实证分析;研究内容集中在宏观制度层面,缺乏对中观组织和微观个体的研究。通过对研究核心议题的梳理发现,监管制度研究集中于变革动因和改革方案设计,监管客体的研究则集中于影响因素、监管主客体之间相互作用及监管效果等方面。最后,在反思当前研究的基础上提出对未来研究的展望。It is an important measure to establish an efficient and sustainable supervision system of elderly care services for improving the quality of elderly care services.Scholars have carried out research on this issue from different perspectives.This paper sorts out 77 relevant studies on the supervision of elderly care services by the method of the systematic literature review,and finds that although research at home starts later than that abroad,it has received more research funding and showed a trend of rapid growth.However,the research paradigm domestically is based on normative research and lacks data-oriented empirical analysis.In addition,the research content concentrates on the system at the macro-level institutions,and lacks of research on meso-level organizations and micro-level individuals.This paper sorts out the hot topics of the research,and finds the research on supervision system focuses on the motivation for change and the reform scheme design,while the research on regulatory objects focuses on the influencing factors,the interaction between the subject and the object.Finally,based on a thorough analysis of the existing literature,the paper puts forward prospects for future research.
