摘 要:以某高大恒温飞机装配精整加工厂房为研究对象,介绍了该厂房的飞机装配工艺特殊性及空调系统设计方案。为了更好地保证室内温度控制精度及降低运行能耗,从工艺设备及空调系统方案等多方面进行优化设计。采用CFD模拟对该空调系统优化方案进行了速度场与温度场计算分析。结果表明,室内温度场可达到设计要求,满足飞机装配精整加工环境要求。Taking a large constant temperature aircraft assembly finishing plant as the research object,this paper presents the particularity of the aircraft assembly process and the design scheme of the air conditioning system of the plant.In order to better ensure the accurate control of indoor temperature and reduce the operation energy consumption,the design is optimized from many aspects such as process equipment and air conditioning system schemes.CFD simulation is used to calculate and analyse the speed field and temperature field of the air conditioning system optimization scheme.The results show that the indoor temperature field can meet the design requirements and the requirements of the aircraft assembly finishing environment.
