摘  要:介绍了利用高炉锰渣/精炼渣三步法试制电炉金属锰的生产实践,即在高炉/精炼炉正常生产高碳锰铁/中低碳锰铁的基础上,高炉渣保温、摇包生产低微碳锰硅合金;精炼渣分屉出渣摇包生产电炉金属锰。通过选择合适的渣型和出渣温度、降低高炉渣含碳量,控制精炼渣一屉中硅含量,提高摇速等技术措施,改善了硅的利用率,从而使产品试制获得成功。The paper introduces the production practice of trial production of electric furnace metallic manganese by using blast furnace manganese slag/refining slag three-step method,that is,on the basis of normal production of high carbon ferromanganese/medium and low carbon ferromanganese in blast furnace/refining furnace,low and micro-car-bon ferromanganese-silicon produced with blast furnace slag insulation and shaking ladle.The refining slag is separated into drawers to produce electric furnace metallic manganese.The utilization rate of silicon is improved by adopting technical measures such as selecting appropriate type of slag and slag tapping temperature,reducing the carbon content of blast furnace slag,controlling the silicon content in the refining slag drawer,and increasing the shaking speed,so that the trial production of the product is successful.
