摘 要:介绍了通过结合铁合金生产浇铸工艺,参考实际作业过程所用的模具,设计组合锭模和单锭模两种锭模结构,利用专业建模软件SolidWorks建立模具的三维模型,运用分析软件进行边界设置、网格划分、仿真分析。模拟FeSi75在连续浇铸过程中,产生的热冲击对锭模应力应变等参数的影响,旨在探究铁合金生产成型过程中,灰铁250的散热情况以及热应力集中情况,进而得出在同一种浇铸方式下两种不同的锭模结构对其使用寿命的影响,同时优化铁合金的浇铸工艺。In the paper,combined with the casting process of ferroalloy production and referring to the mould used in the actual operation process,both combined ingot mould and single ingot mould are designed.The three-dimensional model of the mould is established with the professional modeling software SolidWorks.The boundary setting,grid divi-sion and simulation analysis are used by analysis software.That the effects of the thermal shock simulated by FeSi75 in the continuous casting process on the parameters such as the stress and strain to the ingot mould aims to explore the heat dissipation and thermal stress concentration of gray cast iron 250 in the production and moulding process of ferro-alloy,and then to conclude the influence of two kinds different ingot mould structures on its service life under the same casting mode,and optimize the casting process of ferroalloy.
