锰硅合金浇铸过程中冷却方式对铸态组织的影响

摘  要:铸铁机浇注工艺冷却方式对锰硅合金的质和量产生不同影响,采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射分析、扫描电子显微镜、显微硬度计等试验方法,分析了空冷、水冷和风冷加水冷混合三种冷却方式的优缺点。结果表明:锰硅合金的金相组织主要为Mn_(5)Si_(3)和MnSi两相,在空冷和风冷条件下组织紧凑,缩孔数量少且小,硬度大,质量较好,并且风冷可促使合金组织细化;在水冷条件下,缩孔现象较为严重,硬度低,质量较差。Cast iron casting process cooling methods have different effects on the quality and quantity of ferromanga-nese-silicon.It analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of air cooling,water cooling and wind cooling mixed water cooling three cooling methods by means of metallographic microscope,X-ray diffraction analysis,scanning electron mi-croscope,microscopic hardness tester and other test methods.The results show that the microstructure of ferromanga-nese-silicon is mainly composed of Mn_(5)Si_(3)and MnSi two phases.Under air cooling and wind cooling conditions,it ob-tains better quality with the characterization of compact microstructure,less and small shrinkage cavities and high hardness.The wind cooling can promote the refinement of the alloy structure.But under water cooling conditions,it oc-curs poor quality with the characterization of severe shrinkage and low hardness.
