摘  要:以硝酸钯[Pd(NO_(3))_(2)]、氯钯酸[H_(2)PdCl_(6)]、二硝基四氨合钯[Pd(NH_(3))_(4)(NO_(3))_(2)]为浸渍液制备了Pd/SAPO-31双功能催化剂,考察了钯盐前驱体对生物柴油加氢异构性能的影响。利用N2物理吸附、NH3-TPD、Py-IR和H_(2)化学吸附等对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,最适宜的钯前驱体为硝酸钯[Pd(NO_(3))_(2)]。在固定床反应器中进行正十六烷的异构化反应的最佳条件为:催化剂用量为200 mL、压力为2.0 MPa、反应温度为350℃、空速为1.5、氢油比为500∶1,此时,正十六烷的转化率最高可达85%以上。当凝固点为0℃、闪点为60℃、十六烷值为74时,生物柴油的产率最高,为92.2%。Pd/SAPO-31 bifunctional catalysts are prepared by using palladium nitrate(Pd(NO_(3))_(2)),ammonium chloroplatinate(H_(2)PdCl_(6)),and tetraamminepalladium dinitrate(Pd(NH_(3))_(4)(NO_(3))_(2))solution respectively as impregnating agent.The effects of palladium-based precursors on the performance of the catalysts in hydroisomerism of biodiesel are investigated.The catalysts are also characterized by means of N2 sorption-desorption,NH3-TPd,Py-IR and H_(2)chemical adsorption.It is indicated that palladium nitrate is the most suitable precursor.The optimal conditions for the isomerization of n-hexadecane in a fixed-bed reactor are as follows:the dosage of the catalyst is 200 mL,the pressure is 2.0 MPa,the reaction temperature is at 350℃,WHSV is 1.5,and hydrogen/oil ratio is 500:1,under which the highest conversion of n-hexadecane can exceed 85%.The yield of biodiesel reaches the highest,92.2%whten the solidifying point is 0℃,flash point is 60℃and cetane number is 74.
