摘　　要：标准是经济活动和社会发展的技术支撑,是国家基础性制度的重要方面。以管理标准化提高工程监理企业话语权对于有效发挥其重要作用,推动工程行业高质量发展意义重大。本文从法律法规赋权、监理企业服务合同授权、监理行业影响力、监理企业影响力、监理项目部影响力、监理工程师个人影响力六个方面构建监理企业话语权管理标准化评价指标体系,以Y工程监理企业为应用对象,采用模糊综合评价法,评价其话语权水平,分析评价结果,并提出相应的对策。Standards are the technical support for economic activities and social development,and an important aspect of a country’s fundamental system.It is of great significance to improve the rights of engineering supervision enterprises through management standardization,so as to effectively play its important role in promoting the high-quality development of engineering industry.The standardization evaluation index system of right management of supervision enterprises is constructed from six aspects:the empowerment of laws and regulations,the authorization of service contract of supervision enterprises,the infl uence of supervision industry,the infl uence of supervision enterprises,the infl uence of supervision project department,and the infl uence of supervision engineers.Taking Y project supervision enterprise as the application object,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to evaluate its right level and analyze the evaluation results.The corresponding countermeasures are fi nally put forward.
