摘 要:为从细观角度分析弱胶结砂砾层水平渗透注浆过程,利用颗粒流软件建立水平注浆数值计算模型,基于正交试验和单因素试验,研究浆液黏度、注浆压力、注浆时间3个因素对浆液扩散半径和试样孔隙率的影响规律。使用回归分析方法拟合公式,得到扩散半径与3个因素之间的关系。模拟结果表明:浆液扩散半径与注浆时间、注浆压力呈正相关关系,与浆液黏度呈负相关关系,对扩散半径影响最为显著的因素是浆液黏度,其次是注浆压力和注浆时间;浆液扩散速度随时间递减,在注浆压力1.0 MPa工况下,注浆时间0.15 h浆液扩散速度为3.44 m/h,至3 h减小到0.32 m/h;试样孔隙率随注浆时间、注浆压力的增大而增大,随浆液黏度的增大而减小;花管同时注浆与单孔顺序注浆相比,在相同时间下浆液扩散范围更大,浆液扩散为一个整体。通过对比工程实例,发现利用颗粒流数值模拟结果能够较准确反映出砂砾层渗透注浆的一般扩散规律。To analyze the horizontal penetration grouting process in weakly cemented sand gravel layer from the mesoscopic perspective,a numerical calculation model of horizontal grouting was established by using particle flow software.The influences of slurry viscosity,grouting pressure and grouting time on slurry diffusion radius and sample porosity were studied based on orthogonal and single factor test.The relationship between diffusion radius and the three factors can be obtained by fitting the expressions with regression analysis method.The simulation results show:The slurry diffusion radius is positively correlated with grouting time and grouting pressure,and negatively correlated with slurry viscosity,the most significant factor affecting the slurry diffusion radius is the slurry viscosity,followed by the grouting pressure and grouting time;The slurry diffusion rate decreases with time,under the condition of grouting pressure of 1.0 MPa,the slurry diffusion rate at 0.15 h is 3.44 m/h,which decreases to 0.32 m/h at 3 h;The sample porosity increases with the increase of grouting time and grouting pressure,and decreases with the increase of slurry viscosity;Compared with single hole sequential grouting,the slurry diffusion range of flower-tube grouting is larger at the same time,and the slurry diffusion is a coherent whole.By comparing the engineering examples,it is found that the general diffusion law of permeated grouting in sand gravel layer can be accurately reflected by the numerical simulation results of particle flow.
