摘  要:为了保障钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K_(1)值测量准确,对K_(1)值的测定原理进行了研究,提出钻屑瓦斯解吸仪开发需要把握的关键要素有煤样质量G、煤样自放气开始至启动瓦斯解吸仪时的暴露时间t_(0)和各测点压力值p_(i)。基于影响K_(1)值测定结果的核心要素,从仪器结构、电子电路设计及理论算法等方面进行了分析,确定出开发环节影响仪器测量精度的因素,并提出了应该减少t_(0)误差、加快启动时间,重视漏气与堵管结构和算法等方面的设计建议,可供瓦斯解吸仪仪器开发者借鉴和参考。In order to ensure the accurate measurement of K_(1)value of cuttings gas desorption index,the measuring principle of K_(1)value was studied,and the key factors to be grasped in the development of cuttings gas desorption instrument were put forward.The factors include the mass of coal sample G,exposure time t_(0) from the beginning of gas discharge to the starting of gas desorption instrument,and pressure value pi at each measuring point.Based on the core elements influencing the determination of K_(1)value,the instrument structure,electronic circuit design and theoretical algorithm were analyzed.The factors affecting the measuring accuracy of the instrument in the development process were determined,and the design recommendations of reducing the t_(0) error,speeding up the starting time,and paying attention to the structure and algorithm of the leak and plugging were put forward.It can be used for reference by the developer of gas desorption instrument.
