摘 要:为调查分析武汉市102家涉VOCs重点企业挥发性有机物污染防治情况,采用系数法对企业VOCs排放情况进行了评估。结果表明:长流程钢铁、焦化为武汉市工业源中的主要排放行业,其中,VOCs重点排放行业为石油化工及化学品制造等化工类行业。针对企业普遍存在收集效率偏低、低效处理设施较多以及运行管理不规范等问题,企业VOCs排放量占全市工业企业的90%以上。提出了建议:加大涉VOCs企业的全过程控制,特别注重无组织排放管理。This study investigated the emission and pollution prevention facilities of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)pollution in 102 enterprises in Wuhan.Emission factor calculation method was adopted to evaluate the VOCs emissions.The results show that long-process steel and coking are the main pollutants’emission industries in Wuhan.VOCs emissions are mainly coming from petrochemical and chemical manufacturing industries.The enterprises generally have problems such as low collection efficiency,more inefficient VOCs control facilities and nonstandard operation management.VOCs emissions of these enterprises account for more than 90%of the industrial enterprises in Wuhan.It is suggested to increase the whole process control of VOCs and pay attention to the management of unorganized emissions.
