摘  要:纳氏试剂光度法作为检测地表水中氨氮的常见方法,可以选择紫外-可见分光光度计法、全自动化学分析仪法等方法。为探讨2种方法的差异性,采用紫外-可见分光光度计法(UV-Vis)和全自动化学分析仪法(ACA)分别测定了地表水中氨氮,从方法检出限、准确度和精密度等方面进行了对比分析。结果表明:经t检验法分析,2种方法之间不存在显著性差异,均能够满足测定需求。但因其影响因素的不同,测定结果准确度上有些许差异,质控样品准确度在96.1%~101%之间,实际样品加标回收率在95.8%~118%之间,均在允许范围内。全自动化学分析仪法的检出限高于紫外-可见分光光度计法,线性范围方面全自动化学分析仪法要宽于紫外-可见分光光度计法,操作复杂程度方面全自动化学分析仪法要远超紫外-可见分光光度计法,检测成本方面全自动化学分析仪法更是高于紫外-可见分光光度计法。为此,提出了2种测定方法都可以很好地测定地表水中氨氮,在批量样品检测效率方面全自动化学分析仪法更有优势。As a common method to detect ammonia nitrogen in surface water,Nessler's reagent photometry can select several methods,such as UV-visible spectrophotometer and automatic chemical analyzer,to explore the differences between the two methods and provide relevant reference for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in surface water in the future.UV-Vis spectrophotometer(UV-Vis)and automatic chemical analyzer(ACA)are used to determine ammonia nitrogen in surface water respectively,and the detection limit,accuracy and precision of the methods are compared and analyzed.According to the analysis of t-test method,there is no significant difference between the two methods,and both can meet the determination requirements.However,due to the different influencing factors,there are some differences in the accuracy of the determination results.The accuracy of the quality control sample is between 96.1%and 101%,and the recovery rate of the actual sample spiking is between 95.8%and 118%,which are within the allowable range.The detection limit of the automatic chemical analyzer method is higher than that of the UV-visible spectrophotometer method.The linear range of the automatic chemical analyzer method is wider than that of the UV-visible spectrophotometer method.The operational complexity of the automatic chemical analyzer method is much higher than that of the UV-visible spectrophotometer method,and the detection cost of the automatic chemical analyzer method is even higher than that of the UV-visible spectrophotometer method.Relevant results show that both methods can determine ammonia nitrogen in surface water well,and the automatic chemical analyzer method has more advantages in the detection efficiency of batch samples.
