摘 要:为对红豆秸秆灰进行基质沥青的改性效果作出评价,针对不同掺量(3%、9%和15%)的红豆秸秆灰对基质沥青物理性能的影响,采用常规的三大指标进行相关研究。通过动态流变试验和弯曲梁流变试验对红豆秸秆灰改性沥青结合料的流变学行为作出探究,并对其高、低温性能作出评价。采用傅里叶红外光谱扫描对红豆秸秆灰改性后的官能团变化进行分析。并且将红豆秸秆灰与废橡胶粉作为沥青改性剂时的性能进行了对比。试验结果表明:红豆秸秆灰作为沥青改性剂使得沥青材料在硬度和高温稳定性能方面得到提升,但在低温性能方面产生降低。相较于废橡胶粉来看,红豆秸秆灰在硬度和中温性能方面依然具有优势。This study evaluates the modification effect of base asphalt with red bean straw ash.According to the influence of different amounts of red bean straw ash(3%,9%and 15%)on the physical properties of matrix asphalt,three conventional indexes were used to carry out relevant research.Through dynamic rheological test(DSR)and low-temperature beam bending test(BBR),the rheological behavior of red bean straw ash modified asphalt binder was investigated,and its high and low temperature properties were evaluated.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)was used to analyze the functional group changes of red bean straw ash after modification.The performance of red bean straw ash(RBSA)and scrap rubber powder(Scrap Rubber Powder)as asphalt modifier was compared.The test results show that red bean straw ash as asphalt modifier can improve the hardness and high-temperature stability of asphalt materials,but reduce the low-temperature performance.Compared with waste rubber powder,red bean straw ash still has advantages in hardness and medium-temperature properties.
