摘  要:低温泵是天然气、液氢、液氧等低温介质产业链的核心动力装备,空化的发生严重制约着其运行的稳定性、可靠性和高效性。为了探究低温泵运行在空化状态下的内流特性,采用标准k-ε两方程湍流模型和Sauer-Schnerr空化模型对低温泵内空化流动进行了数值模拟。结果表明:临界空化发生时,叶轮叶片上开始出现空泡,导叶内涡核体积明显增加,整泵扬程下降3%。Cryogenic pump is the core power equipment of low temperature medium industry chain such as natural gas,liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen,reliability and efficiency of its operation.In order to explore the internal flow characteristics of Cryogenic pump under cavitation condition,the standard k-εturbulence model and Sauer-Schnerr cavitation model was adopted to simulate the cavitation flow in Cryogenic pump.The results show that when the critical cavitation occurs,the cavitation appear on the impeller blade,and the volume of the vortex core in the guide vane increases obviously.The whole pump head decreases by 3%.
