虚拟社区感对大学生网络利他行为的影响:网络社会支持和网络人际信任的链式中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨大学生虚拟社区感、网络社会支持、网络人际信任与网络利他行为的关系及作用机制。方法:采用虚拟社区感问卷、网络社会支持问卷、网络空间人际信任问卷和大学生网络利他行为问卷,对948名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:虚拟社区感、网络社会支持、网络人际信任和网络利他行为均呈显著正相关(r=0.47~0.68,P<0.01)。网络社会支持和网络人际信任在虚拟社区感和网络利他行为之间分别起单独中介作用,中介作用分别占总效应的65.85%、7.32%。网络社会支持和网络人际信任在虚拟社区感与网络利他行为之间起链式中介作用,链式中介效应占总效应的12.20%。结论:虚拟社区感既直接影响大学生网络利他行为,又通过网络社会支持和网络人际信任影响大学生网络利他行为。Objective:To explore the relationship and mechanism among college students'virtual community sense,internet social support,internet interpersonal trust and internet altruistic behavior.Methods:A total of 948 college students were surveyed by virtual community sense questionnaire,internetsocial support questionnaire,internet interpersonal trust questionnaire and internet altruistic behavior questionnaire.Results:①Virtual community sense,internet social support,internet interpersonal trust and internet altruistic behavior were positively correlated(r=0.47~0.68,P<0.01).Internet social support and internet interpersonal trust played separate mediating roles in virtual community sense and internet altruistic behavior,accounting for 65.85%and 7.32%of the total effect,respectively.Internet social support and internet interpersonal trust played achain mediating role between virtual community sense and internet altruistic behavior,and the chain mediating effect accounted for 12.20%of the total effect.Conclusion:The sense of virtual community not only affects college students'internet altruistic behavior directly,but also affects college students'internet altruistic behavior through internet social support and internet interpersonal trust.
