摘 要:目的:探讨健美操课程的开设对大学生情绪状态的改善作用。方法:选取772名2020级学生作为研究对象,将在5~10周内上完健美操课程的485名学生作为实验组,将即将上健美操课程的287名学生作为对照组。在第4周,采用中国大学生心理健康筛查量表对他们进行健康普测,并将该测验的焦虑和抑郁结果作为前测成绩;在第10周末,采用病人健康问卷(PHQ-9)和广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)获得的测验结果作为两组的后测成绩。结果:在第4周,两组的焦虑和抑郁得分没有显著差异;在第10周,实验组的抑郁得分显著低于对照组(t=-2.728,P<0.01),并且实验组女生的抑郁和焦虑情绪得分均显著低于对照组女生的得分(t=-2.877,-2.162;P<0.05);实验组非独生子女的抑郁和焦虑得分均显著低于对照组非独生子女的得分(t=-2.856,-1.966;P<0.05)。结论:健美操课程的开设能够显著改善女生和非独生子女的焦虑和抑郁情绪状态。Objective:To explore the effect of aerobics course on the improvement of college students'emotional state.Methods:A total of 772 students were selected as the research object.485 students who completed aerobics courses in 5-10 weeks were taken as the experimental group,and 287 students who were about to take aerobics courses were taken as the control group.In the fourth week,the Chinese college students'mental health screening scale was used to test their health,and the anxiety and depression results of the test were taken as the pre-test results;At the end of the 10th week,the test results obtained by patient health questionnaire and generalized anxiety scale were used as the post-test results of the two groups.Results:At the fourth week,there were no significant differences in the scores of anxiety and depression between two groups;In the 10th week,the scores of depression in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group(t=-2.728,P<0.01),and the depression and anxiety scores of female in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=-2.877,-2.162;P<0.05);The depression and anxiety scores of non only children in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of girls in the control group(t=-2.856,-1.966;P<0.05).Conclusion:Aerobics course can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of girls and non only children.
