摘 要:目的:了解并探索高职类警察专业学生的心理健康现状及影响因素。方法:采用大学生心理健康调查问卷(UPI)、青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)、童年创伤问卷(CTQ)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、父母教养方式问卷(EMBU)及一般资料问卷,选取高职类警察专业学生1161例,评估其心理健康水平及相关影响因素。结果:学生UPI高分检出率为20.41%,轻生意念检出率为1.38%。多重线性回归显示,学生UPI得分与丧失因子(生活事件)、主观支持及其对支持的利用度(社会支持)、年级等因子呈负向关联(-0.17<β<-0.07,P<0.005);与童年情感虐待(童年创伤)、籍贯、母亲的惩罚与严厉(父母教养方式)、人际关系与学习压力(生活事件)、家庭氛围等因子呈正向关联(0.09<β<0.20,P<0.05)。结论:高职类警察专业学生的心理健康状况值得重视;“生活事件、童年创伤、社会支持、父母教养方式”是心理健康的重要影响因素,宜落实相关机制促进学生心理健康发展。Objective:To understand and explore the current situation of mental health and its influencing factors among students of police majors in higher vocational academy.Methods:Totally of 1161 students of police majors in higher vocational academy were selected.They were assessed with the University Personality Inventory(UPI),Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Checklist(ASLEC),Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Egna Minnen av Barndoms Uppfostran for Chinese(EMBU)and Self-made questionnaire for evaluating of the level of their mental health and related influencing factors.Results:The detection rate of UPI higherscore was 20.41%,suicide idea was 1.38%.The multiple linear regression analysis showed that losing factor(life events),subjective social support,the degrees of using social support(social support),and grade were negatively associated with the students'total score of UPI significantly(-0.17<β<-0.07,P<0.005).The same analysis also showed that child emotional abuse by parents(childhood trauma),native place,mother'punishment(parenting rearing style),interpersonal relationship,academic stress(life events),and family environment were positively associated with the students'total score of UPI significantly(0.09<β<0.20,P<0.05).Conclusion:It is worth paying attention to the mental health among students of police majors in higher vocational academy."Life events,childhood trauma,social support and parenting rearing style"are important influencing factors related to mental health.Relevant mechanisms should be implemented to promote healthy mental development of students.
