摘　　要：提出一种基于BIM技术的产业化住宅模块化设计方法,核心是建立产业化住宅BIM模型库。BIM模型库中的模块都符合标准化和规范化的设计,通过选择和重新组合模型库中的模块,得到新的住宅设计图,在相同的组合逻辑下,可以实现多样化组合,提高了产业化住宅设计的效率,对实现产业化住宅发展的标准化和多样化目标具有重要意义。This paper proposes a modular design method for industrialized houses based on BIM technology,the core of which is to establish a BIM model library for industrialized houses.The modules in the BIM model library all conform to the standardized and normative design,and by selecting and recombining the modules in the model library,new house design drawings can be obtained,which can achieve diversified combinations under the same combination logic and improve the efficiency of industrialized house design.It is of great significance to realize the standardization and diversification goals of industrialized housing development.
