总部办公建筑规划设计与实践——以武汉物流交易所(总部区)设计为例

摘　　要：随着总部经济的发展,传统的办公楼园区模式已经无法满足需求。为满足人们对使用功能的基本需求、对使用体验上的感受需求,以及对使用方便程度的便利需求,建设以主导产业功能为核心,集配套办公、商业、酒店、餐饮于一体的总部办公集群成为一种趋势。以武汉物流交易所(总部区)的规划设计为例,结合项目背景及《武汉市建设国家中心城市整体行动规划纲要》,对企业总部区规划设计的设计理念、规划布局及空间组织、建筑设计等方面进行分析探讨。With the development of the headquarters economy,the traditional office building park model has been unable to meet the demand.In order to meet people’s basic needs for use functions,the need for the use experience and the need for convenience of use,it is a trend to build a headquarters office cluster with the leading industrial functions as the core and supporting offices,businesses,hotels and catering.Taking the planning and design of Wuhan Logistics Exchange(headquarters area)as an example,combined with the project background and the Outline of the Overall Action Plan for the Construction of Wuhan National Central City,this paper analyzes and discusses the design concept,planning layout,spatial organization and architectural design of the planning and design of the headquarters area of the enterprise.
