摘 要:目的调查新疆6个县(市)0~5岁儿童的营养状况,分析营养不良与膳食多样化的关系。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,在新疆6个县(市)调查805名0~5岁儿童,通过面对面调查、体格检查的方法,收集个人基本信息、膳食资料、身高、体质量等情况。采用膳食多样化评分(dietary diversity score,DDS)评价膳食质量,应用Logistic回归分析营养不良的影响因素。结果被调查的0~5岁儿童中,低体质量率为2.48%、生长迟缓率为5.59%、消瘦率为6.21%。与正常儿童比较,低体质量儿童谷薯类、水果类、畜禽肉类、奶类及奶制品类的摄入频次较低,生长迟缓儿童谷薯类、蔬菜类、水果类、鱼虾类、大豆及坚果类、奶类及奶制品类的摄入频次较低,消瘦儿童谷薯类、蔬菜类、畜禽肉类、鱼虾类食物的摄入频次较低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,居住地(城市/农村)和膳食多样化水平与营养不良状况有关。结论儿童营养不良与膳食多样化水平有关联,需科学合理调整膳食结构,改善儿童营养状况,促进儿童生长发育,减少营养不良的发生率。Objective To explore the relationship between malnutrition of children aged 0-5 years and dietarydiversification in 6 counties(cities)in Xinjiang.Methods Multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to investigate 805 children aged 0-5 years in 6 counties(cities)in Xinjiang.Through face-to-face survey and physical examination,basic personal information,dietary information,height,and weight values were collected.Dietary diversityscore(DDS)was used to evaluate dietary quality,and Logistic regression was used to analyze the association between DDS9 groups and children’s malnutrition.Results Among the children aged 0-5 years,the low weight rate was 2.48%,the growth retardation rate was 5.59%,and the wasting rate was 6.21%.The intake frequency of the potato,fruit,meat,milk and milk products in children with low birth weight,the intake frequency of the potato,vegetables,fruit,fish,beans and nuts,milk and milk products in children with growth retardation,and the intake frequency of the potato,vegetables,poultry,fishand shrimp food in thin children were lower than those of normal children(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that urban and rural areas and dietary diversification were related to growth and development.Conclusion The malnutrition of the research subjects is related to dietary diversification.It is necessary to scientifically and rationally adjust the dietary structure to improve the nutritional status of children,promote children’s malnutrition,and reduce the incidence of malnutrition.
