摘  要:金桥选煤厂实际生产中因精煤磁选尾矿超灰,导致主洗重介精煤“背灰”,通过对精煤磁选尾矿进行技术检查,结合三产品重介旋流器的改造试验,探索旋流器操作条件及结构参数对分选的影响,为现场后续生产调整作技术指导。技术检查结果表明,经调整后,精煤磁尾灰分可稳定在9%~9.5%的指标范围内,提高了精煤产率。Combined with the actual production of high ash content of magnetic separator tailing in jinqiao coal washing plant,combined with the no-pressure feed three products heavy medium cyclone sorting principle,jinqiao coal mine coal preparation plant of cleaned coal magnetic separator tailings technical inspection,combined with the three products heavy dicyclone part of the transformation test,explore the cyclone operating conditions and structural parameters of sorting,for the subsequent production adjustment for technical guidance.The technical inspection results show that the cleaned coal magnetic tail ash content can be stable within the index range of 9%~9.5%after adjustment,improved clean coal yield.
