西曲选煤厂粗煤泥系统改造方案研究

摘　　要：通过对西曲选煤厂粗煤泥系统各分选环节进行粒度分析,发现现有分级旋流器分级效率低、粗精煤脱泥脱水设备降灰效果差是造成粗精煤灰分偏高的主要原因;提出更换大直径分级旋流器和采用叠层细筛代替现有粗煤泥脱泥脱水设备的改造方案,不仅能够有效解决以上问题,同时也可提高选煤厂的经济效益。Through the particle size analysis of various separation links of coarse coal slime system,it is found that the poor ash reduction effect of existing coarse coal desliming and dewatering equipment is the main reason for the high ash content of coarse coal.The above problems can be effectively solved by replacing existing coarse slime dewatering equipment with laminated fine screen.After the completion of the renovation,it is expected to increase the annual income of 5.544 million yuan.
