摘  要:为提高4.0 MPa碎煤加压气化煤锁气回收系统的安全可靠性、节能环保性、运行经济性,探索研究了系列改进优化措施。结果表明,增设煤锁气缓冲管对煤锁充泄压进行分级处置,可提高能量综合利用程度;增设煤锁气缓冲罐,使煤锁气压缩机加压后的压缩煤气不入管网系统直接通过缓冲罐单独做充压煤气气源,减少系统总管的压力波动,利于调节变换气的成分;通过增设超重力除尘设备进一步减少了煤锁气压缩机气阀结晶和煤锁气含尘含油量,降低了压缩机故障频率;利用空分装置放空的污氮气代替低压氮气做煤锁气引射和煤仓稀释保护氮气,节省了低压氮气用量、释放了空分氧气产能。此外,在煤锁气回收系统提高自动化程度,优化多台气化炉煤锁循环排队方式,实现了煤锁和煤锁气压缩机自动化控制。煤锁气回收系统的各项改进优化措施有效提高了4.0 MPa碎煤加压气化装置高效节能利用和自动化控制安全化水平。In order to improve the safety and reliability,energy conservation and environmental protection,and operation economy of the 4.0 MPa pulverized coal pressurized gasification coal lock gas recovery system,a series of improvement and optimization measures have been studied and explored.The results show that the comprehensive utilization of energy can be improved by adding a coal lock gas buffer pipe to handle the coal lock charging and pressure relief in a graded manner;Add a coal lock gas buffer tank to make the compressed gas after pressurization of the coal lock gas compressor not enter the pipe network system,directly use the buffer tank as a separate pressurized gas source,reduce the pressure fluctuation of the main pipe of the system,and facilitate the adjustment of the composition of the changed gas;The frequency of compressor failure caused by the crystallization of the gas valve of the coal lock gas compressor and the high dust and oil content of the coal lock gas is further reduced by adding the super-gravity dust removal equipment;The waste nitrogen released from the air separation unit is used to replace the low-pressure nitrogen for coal lock injection and coal bunker dilution protection,saving the amount of low-pressure nitrogen and releasing the capacity of air separation oxygen.In addition,in the coal lock gas recovery system,improve the automation degree,optimize the coal lock cycle queuing mode of multiple gasifiers,and realize the automatic control of coal lock and coal lock gas compressor.Various improvement and optimization measures of the coal lock gas recovery system have effectively improved the level of efficient energy saving and automatic control safety of the 4.0 MPa pulverized coal pressurized gasification unit.
