煤矸石充填沟壑土地复垦生态修复工程的探索与实践

摘　　要：山西作为能源大省,煤矸石历史堆存量和产生量大,煤矸石生态填充土地复垦技术符合山西省黄土高原区域山峦起伏、沟壑纵横的地貌特点,在严格按规范治理、生态修复后其环境影响可接受,可解决历史堆存煤矸石生态治理和大宗煤矸石综合利用的实际问题。介绍了斜沟煤矿选煤厂煤矸石产排情况及排矸工艺,提出了将煤矸石综合利用于黄土高原沟壑充填,以实现生态环境修复和土地复垦的生态意义,探索并实施煤矸石土地复垦生态修复工程,通过实施挡墙及护坡、植被恢复、截排水沟、渗滤液收集、道路建设、灌溉、监测等一系列生态整治措施,提高了边坡安全稳定性,增加了植被量,促进了生态的动态平衡和良性循环,取得了良好的社会、环境效益。Shanxi as an energy province,coal gangue historical stock and production quantity,coal gangue ecological filling land reclamation technology in line with the loess plateau region of Shanxi Province hills,ravines and landform characteristics,in strict accordance with the standard management,ecological restoration after the environmental impact is acceptable,can solve the historical coal gangue ecological management and bulk coal gangue comprehensive utilization of practical problems.This paper introduces the production and discharge of coal gangue and the discharge process of Xigou coal mine,puts forward the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue in the gully filling of loess plateau to achieve the goal of ecological environment restoration and land reclamation,and explores and implements the ecological restoration project of coal gangue land reclamation A series of ecological improvement measures,such as retaining wall and slope protection,vegetation restoration,drainage ditch,leachate collection,road construction,irrigation and monitoring,have improved the safety and stability of the slope,increased the amount of vegetation,promoted the dynamic balance and benign cycle of ecology,and achieved good social and environmental benefits.
