摘　　要：简要介绍尿素合成塔的结构,总结衬里、多层筒体、检漏系统、人孔盖、接管和塔盘的典型失效形式,并分析失效原因,同时给出相应的应对策略,为尿素合成塔的安全运行提供参考。This paper briefly introduces the structure of urea reactor,summarizes the typical failure forms of lining,multi-layer cylinder,leak detection system,manhole cover,connecting pipe and tray,analyzes the failure causes,and gives corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for the safe operation of urea reactor.
