摘 要:1550 nm红外光作为一种新型上转换光源,具有对人眼损伤小、成本低等优点。为探究1550 nm激发下的上转换发光特性与温度传感可行性,采用高温固相法制备了特定浓度Er^(3+)、不同浓度Yb^(3+)的LuVO_(4)共掺粉体。利用XRD、SEM手段对材料进行表征,探究其在1550 nm激发下的发光性质及在温度传感方面的应用潜力。结果表明,在1550 nm激发下,存在绿光(524 nm和553 nm)和红光发射(660 nm);近红外区域存在较强的801 nm发射。最佳发光强度组分为LuVO_(4):0.2Er^(3+)/0.05Yb^(3+)。可见光区域的发光过程均为三光子过程。此外,在326~596 K范围内,材料存在最大温度灵敏度Sr(524/553)为0.31%K-1@326 K。在1550 nm激发下,LuVO_(4):Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)材料具有良好的发光性能,显示出在光学测温领域具有潜在应用价值。As a new up-conversion excitation source,1550 nm infrared has the advantages of eye safety and low cost.In order to explore the up-conversion luminescence characteristics and temperature sensing feasibility under 1550 nm excitation,LuVO_(4)co-doped powders were synthesized by high temperature solid-state reaction method.The material was characterized by XRD and SEM.The luminescence properties and the temperature sensing application potential of the material were explored under 1550 nm excitation.The results show that the green emissions(524 nm and 553 nm)and red emission(660 nm)were observed,and the strong near-infrared up-conversion emission is at 801 nm.The best luminous intensity group is LuVO_(4):0.2Er^(3+)/0.05Yb^(3+).The up-conversion luminescence processes are all three-photon processes in the visible region.In addition,the temperature sensing properties of the samples are tested in the range of 326~596 K.The maximum temperature sensitivity Sr(524/553)is 0.31%K-1@326 K.LuVO_(4):Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)phosphor has excellent luminescence properties under 1550 nm excitation,and has potential application value in the field of optical temperature measurement.
