基于数据挖掘探讨平肝熄风类药膳的组方规律

摘　　要：目的运用数据挖掘探讨平肝熄风类药膳的组方规律,为肝病的药膳食疗提供参考。方法摘录《中国药膳大辞典》中平肝熄风类药膳方,利用Microsoft Excel 2010、IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0、IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0等进行频数统计、关联规则分析、因子分析,借助Cytoscape对关联规则进行可视化展示。利用VOSviewer展示药膳配伍情况。结果共纳入平肝熄风类药膳方剂176首,涉及中药298味、食材98种、调味品30味;高频原料聚类分析归为6类;关联规则中两项关联规则有16组、3项关联规则2组;因子分析提取到8个公因子。结论平肝熄风类药膳所用中药多归肝经,性温,味甘,尤以天麻、菊花、决明子最为常用,主要的二联组合是天麻-川芎,三联组合则由天麻-川芎加入当归或牛膝组成。Objective To explore the prescription rule of medicinal diets for calming the liver and eliminating the wind based on data mining,and to provide reference for the medicinal dietary treatment of liver diseases.Methods The related medicinal diets from the Chinese Medicinal Diet Dictionary in the category of calming the liver and eliminating the wind.Frequency statistics,association rule analysis,and factor analysis were performed using Microsoft Excel 2010,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,and IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0,and the association rules were visualized and displayed with the Cytoscape.In addition,VOSviewer was utilized to display the compatibility of medicinal diets.Results A total of 176 recipes were included to calm the liver and eliminate the wind,involving 298 Chinese herbs,98 kinds of ingredients and 30 flavors of seasonings;cluster analysis of high-frequency ingredients grouped into 6 categories;there were 16 groups of 2 association rules and 2 groups of 3 association rules;factor analysis extracted 8 common factors.Conclusion The herbs used to calm the liver and eliminate the wind are mostly classified as liver meridian,warm in nature and sweet in taste,especially Gastrodiae Rhizoma,Chrysanthemi Flos and Cassiae are most commonly used.The main diptych combination is Gastrodiae Rhizoma-Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort,while the triple combination consists of Gastrodiae Rhizoma-Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort with the addition of Angelica sinensis or Achyranthes bidentata.
