摘　　要：基于镇海炼化Ⅰ套聚丙烯第二代双环管工艺,系统研究和开发了双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜用丙丁共聚专用料。通过基础树脂结构改性、添加剂配方优化、生产工艺技术调整,可开发出兼具良好光学性能、机械性能、加工性能的丙丁无规共聚聚丙烯膜料。经应用验证,产品各项性能基本可达到主流进口产品,双向拉伸后的产品膜面清晰,加工性能良好,可实现进口专用料的替代。Based on the second generation of polypropylene double-loop pipe process of ZRCC,the special material of propylene butadiene copolymer for biaxially oriented polypropylene film has been systematically researched and developed.The developed product possesses good optical,mechanical and processing properties by the resin structure modification,additive formula optimization and production technology adjustment.After film formation,the performance of the product can reach the mainstream imported products.The film product exhibits good clarity and processing performance,which can realize the substitution of the imported product.
