摘  要:本文以多层共挤流延聚乙烯(CPE)专用料作为研究对象,通过添加高性能长效抗静电功能性材料,对产品配方进行了优化,系统研究了经优化后的CPE专用料薄膜制品的抗静电性能,同时还分析了其抗静电作用原理。研究发现,在添加了高性能长效抗静电功能材料后,CPE专用料薄膜制品的抗静电性能显著提高,同时其物理力学性能和光学性能基本不受影响。由此可以看出,添加高性能长效抗静电功能材料能够有效解决CPE薄膜制品在包装应用中遇到的实际问题,从而拓宽CPE专用料在细分市场上的推广与应用。This article focuses on the multi-layer coextrusion casting polyethylene(CPE)special material as the research object.By adding high-performance and long-lasting anti-static functional materials,the product formula was optimized,and the anti-static performance of the optimized CPE special material film product was systematically studied.At the same time,the principle of its anti-static effect was also analyzed.Research has found that after adding high-performance and long-lasting anti-static functional materials,the anti-static performance of CPE specialized film products is significantly improved,while its physical,mechanical and optical properties are basically not affected.From this,it can be seen that adding high-performance and long-lasting anti-static functional materials can effectively solve the practical problems encountered in the packaging application of CPE film products,thereby expanding the promotion and application of CPE special materials in segmented markets.
