摘 要:目的:设计并开发一种基于移动互联网技术的呼吸机质量控制平台,并将其应用于日常呼吸机质量控制中,以探索质量控制平台的应用价值。方法:以本院现行使用的迈瑞、德尔格、哈美顿等有创呼吸机为研究对象,使用手机移动终端对呼吸机对外观检查、通用报警功能检查、电气安全检测以及潮气量、通气频率、吸气氧浓度、吸气压力水平、呼吸末正压等检测结果进行记录并同步上传至网络数据库,使用电脑终端对呼吸机质量控制数据库实现显示、查询、增/减、报表和超限预警等功能,同时收集并整合2019年6月1日~2022年5月31本院呼吸机质量控制数据,计算呼吸机示值误差和实际输出误差,对各模式质控结果进行量化分析。结果:手机移动终端具有前端流程式呼吸机质量控制数据收集和传输功能,电脑终端具有呼吸机质量控制数据后处理和超限预警功能,呼吸机潮气量、通气频率、吸气氧浓度、吸气压力水平以及呼吸末正压检测合格率分别为:92.8%、93.2%、90.2%、97.8%、98.3%,完全合格率为89.1%。结论:定期做好质量控制是保证预防性维护的前提,是提高临床呼吸机安全性和有效性的最有效的手段之一,呼吸机质量控制平台临床应用安全而高效。Objective:To design and develop a ventilator quality control platform based on mobile Internet technology,and apply it to daily ventilator quality control to explore the application value of the quality control platform.Methods:This article selects invasive ventilators such as Mindray,Dräger,and Hamilton used in our hospital as the research objects.The topic uses mobile phone mobile terminals to perform visual inspection,general alarm function inspection,electrical safety inspection,and tidal volume,ventilation frequency,inspiratory oxygen concentration,inspiratory pressure level,positive end-expiratory pressure and other test results of the ventilator to record and upload simultaneously Network database.We use the computer terminal to display,query,increase/decrease,report and over-limit warning on the ventilator quality control database.This article collects and integrates the ventilator quality control data of our hospital from June 1,2019 to May 31,2022,calculates the ventilator indication error and actual output error,and counts the quality control results of each mode for quantitative analysis.Results:The mobile terminal of the mobile phone has the function of collecting and transmitting the quality control data of the front-end flow ventilator.The computer terminal has the functions of post-processing of ventilator quality control and over-limit warning.Ventilator tidal volume,ventilation frequency,inspiratory oxygen concentration,inspiratory pressure level and positive end-expiratory pressure test pass rates are:92.8%,93.2%,90.2%,97.8%,98.3%.The fully qualified rate was 89.1%,respectively.Conclusion:Regular quality control is a prerequisite to ensure preventive maintenance,and it is one of the most effective means to improve the safety and effectiveness of clinical ventilators.The clinical application of the ventilator quality control platform is safe and efficient.
