摘　　要：目的:分析卵巢纤维卵泡膜细胞瘤(OFT)超声特征,提高诊断正确率。方法:回顾性分析56个经病理证实为OFT的超声资料及其他临床资料,分析病灶的大小、部位、形态、边界、内部回声、囊性变、后方衰减、血流、盆腔积液等特征。结果:OFT典型的超声表现为边界清且形态规则的类椭圆形低回声团块,内部回声欠均匀,呈斑驳状声影,部分切面见后方衰减,病灶内部血供稀疏较多见。本组OFT病例1例双侧,55例均为单发,平均最大径线(6.1±4.56)cm,根据病灶最大径线线分为≥5cm和<5cm组,≥5cm组病灶合并盆腹腔积液高于<5cm病灶(χ^(2)=8.737,P<0.05),最大径线≥5cm病灶血流信号分级高于<5cm病灶(χ^(2)=24.8,P<0.05),余超声表现均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:OFT的超声影像具有一定的超声特点,掌握这些特征将有助于提高术前诊断准确率。Objective:To analyze the ultrasonographic features of ovarian fibrothecoma membrane cell tumor(OFT)and improve the diagnostic accuracy.Methods:The imaging data of 56 cases of OFT confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed,including the location,size,shape,border,echo,cystic change,posterior attenuation,vascular and pelvic effusion.Results:The typical ultrasound manifestations of OFT were ubstantial hypoechoic mass with clear boundary,regular shape,quasi-oval shape,uneven internal echo,mofttled acoustic shadow,some sections show posterior attenuation,and the internal blood supply is sparse.The mean maximum diameter of the lesions was(6.1±4.56)cm.1 case of OFT in this group was bilateral,and 55 cases were all single.According to the maximum diameter of the lesions,they were divided into≥5cm and<5cm groups.The lesions with pelvic and abdominal effusion in≥5cm group were higher than those in<5cm group(χ^(2)=8.737,P<0.05).The number of rich vessels in the lesions with maximum diameter≥5cm was higher than that in the lesions with maximum diameter<5cm(χ^(2)=24.8,P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the other ultrasonographic manifestations(P>0.05).Conclusion:OFT ultrasound images have certain ultrasonic characteristics,mastering these characteristics will be helpful to improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis.
