摘　　要：目的:观察发光二极管(LED)黄光联合皮肤修护凝胶治疗伴有皮肤敏感的黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年3月~2020年6月于本院皮肤科门诊就诊的黄褐斑伴面部皮肤敏感患者62例为研究对象,随机分为两组,观察组32例,对照组30例。观察组进行LED黄光联合外用皮肤修护凝胶治疗12周,对照组采用皮肤修护凝胶治疗12周。结果:观察组32例患者,总有效率71.88%;对照组30例,总有效率26.67%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LED黄光联合皮肤修护凝胶治疗伴有皮肤敏感的黄褐斑疗效确切,不良反应少,患者可耐受、依从性好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of LED yellow light combined with skin repair gel in the treatment of chloasma with skin sensitivity.Methods:62 patients with chloasma and facial skin sensitivity who were treated in the outpatient department of dermatology of our hospital from March 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects,randomly divided into two groups:experimental group(n=32)and control group(n=30).The experimental group was treated with LED yellow light combined with topical skin repair gel for 12 weeks,while the control group was treated with skin repair gel for 12 weeks.Results:The total effective rate of 32 patients in experimental group was 71.88%.The total effective rate was 26.67%in 30 cases of control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:LED yellow light combined with skin repair gel in the treatment of chloasma with skin sensitivity has definite efficacy,less adverse reactions,high tolerance and good compliance.
