低频脉冲治疗仪在108例产妇产后泌乳和乳房肿痛中的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究低频脉冲治疗仪在产妇产后泌乳和乳房肿痛中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月1日~2020年6月30日在中国医科大学附属盛京医院沈阳雍森医院分娩的216例产妇为研究对象,将产妇按照其姓氏拼音首字母进行编号,依据随机数字表法,将研究对象分为两组,对照组和观察组(每组108例)。对照组产妇接受常规产科护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上采用低频脉冲治疗仪干预,对比两组产妇的泌乳情况、乳房肿痛情况、子宫恢复情况、乳房肿痛程度和乳腺炎发生率、生活质量、产后泌乳、母乳喂养状况对比。结果:泌乳量、乳房肿痛程度相比,观察组均优于对照组,P<0.05;乳房肿痛程度和乳腺炎发生率,观察组改善于对照组,P<0.05;宫缩疼痛感相比,观察组低于对照组,而宫缩持续时间、子宫入骨盆时间、恶露时间及住院时间相观察组短于对照组,生活质量、产后泌乳、母乳喂养状况改善与对照组,P<0.05。结论:低频脉冲治疗仪用于产妇中,既能改善产妇产后泌乳和乳房肿痛情况,又能促使子宫恢复。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of low-frequency pulse therapeutic apparatus in postpartum lactation and breast swelling and pain.Methods:A total of 216 pregnant women who delivered in Shenyang Yongsen Hospital of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from January 1,2019 to June 30,2020 were selected as the research subjects.The puerperas were numbered according to their surname initials.According to the random number table method,the subjects were divided into two groups,namely,the control group and the observation group(108 cases in each group).The control group received routine obstetric nursing measures,and the observation group was intervened by low-frequency pulse therapeutic instrument on the basis of the control group.The lactation,breast swelling and pain and uterine recovery of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the amount of lactation and the degree of breast swelling and pain in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05;Compared with the control group,the degree of breast swelling and pain and the incidence of mastitis in the observation group were clearly optimized,P<0.05;In terms of uterine contraction pain,the observation group was significantly lighter than the control group;The duration of uterine contraction,the time of uterus entering the pelvis,the time of lochia,and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group;The quality of life,postpartum lactation,and breastfeeding in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The low frequency pulse therapeutic apparatus can not only improve postpartum lactation and breast swelling and pain,but also promote uterine recovery.
