摘  要:目的:运用戴明环管理流程强化设备科对于直线加速器的维护管理,以进一步降低直线加速器故障发生频率,减少加速器故障停机时间。方法:统计2017年~2021年西门子Primus直线加速器因为软硬件故障导致的维修次数和停机时间,回顾性分析2019年引入戴明环管理流程至今相较常规处理模式,加速器故障发生频次的变化情况。结果:戴明环改进前,加速器故障次数为平均28.5次/年,停机时间为平均12.5d/年,戴明环改进后加速器故障次数为11次/年,停机时间为4.7d/年,呈现大幅降低趋势。结论:在直线加速器维修管理中科学高效地应用戴明环循环模式,持续改进,能显著降低设备故障率。Objective:Application of PDCA management process to strengthen the equipment section’s management to the maintenance linear accelerator,minimize the failure frequency of the linear accelerator and reduce the failure downtime of the accelerator.Methods:The maintenance times and downtime of Siemens Primus linear accelerator due to software and hardware failures from 2017 to 2021 were counted,and the changes of accelerator failure frequency since the introduction of PDCA management process in 2019 were retrospectively analyzed compared with the conventional treatment mode.Results:Before PDCA improvement,the average number of accelerator failures was 28.5 times/year and the average downtime was 12.5 days/year.After PDCA improvement,the number of accelerator failures was 11 times/year and the downtime was 4.7 days/year,showing a significant downward trend.Conclusion:Scientific and effective application of PDCA cycle mode in linear accelerator maintenance management and continuous improvement can significantly reduce the equipment failure rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
