摘  要:目的:分析电化学发光免疫测定技术检验TPOAB、TGAB及甲状腺球蛋白的价值。方法:选取2021年1月~2022年12月本院收治的100例甲状腺肿瘤患者为观察组,另选同期的100例体检健康者设为对照组,分别采用电化学发光免疫测定技术与化学发光法检测两组受试者的TPOAB、TGAB和TG水平,对比电化学发光免疫测定技术检验两组受试者的TPOAB、TGAB、甲状腺球蛋白水平和两种检测方式对甲状腺肿瘤患者的TPOAB、TGAB、甲状腺球蛋白结果、检测时间并进行组间对比分析,统计电化学发光免疫测定技术检验TPOAB、TGAB的检出阳性率以及两种检测技术对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断敏感性、特异性。结果:两组受试者经电化学发光免疫测定技术检验结果显示,观察组TPOAB、TGAB、甲状腺球蛋白水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者经电化学发光免疫测定技术检测所得的TPOAB、TGAB、甲状腺球蛋白水平显著高于化学发光法检测技术(P<0.05);同时,经电化学发光免疫测定技术对TPOAB、TGAB、甲状腺球蛋白阳性检出率显著高于化学发光法检测技术(P<0.05);电化学发光免疫测定技术平均检验时间为(27.39±3.12)min,化学发光法平均检验时间为(36.46±3.58)min,电化学发光免疫测定技术平均检验时间明显短于化学发光法(P<0.05);电化学发光免疫测定技术对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断敏感性、特异性明显高于化学发光法(P<0.05)。结论:电化学发光免疫测定技术能够较为准确的诊断TPOAB、TGAB、甲状腺球蛋白,并显著优于化学发光法诊断方式,对甲状腺肿瘤具有较高的诊断价值。Objective:To analyze the values of TPOAB,TGAB and thyroglobulin by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay.Methods:100 patients with thyroid tumor admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 100 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.TPOAB,TGAB and TG levels of subjects in the two groups were detected by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay technology and chemiluminescence method,respectively.The levels of TPOAB,TGAB and thyroglobulin of subjects in the two groups were tested by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay technology,and the results of TPOAB,TGAB and thyroglobulin of patients with thyroid tumors and the detection time were compared between the two groups.The positive rates of TPOAB and TGAB were tested by statistical electrochemiluminescence immunoassay,as well as the sensitivity and specificity of the two detection techniques in the diagnosis of thyroid tumors.Results:Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay showed that the levels of TPOAB,TGAB and thyroglobulin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TPOAB,TGAB and thyroglobulin detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay were significantly higher in observation group than those detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the positive detection rates of TPOAB,TGAB and thyroglobulin by chemiluminescence immunoassay were significantly higher than those by chemiluminescence assay(P<0.05).The average test time of chemiluminescence immunoassay was(27.39±3.12)min,and that of chemiluminescence method was(36.46±3.58)min.The average test time of chemiluminescence immunoassay was significantly shorter than that of chemiluminescence method(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay for the diagnosis of thyroid tumors were significantly higher than those of chemiluminescence assay(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay can accurately diagnose TPOAB,
