鼻内窥镜治疗老年慢性鼻窦炎患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:针对老年慢性鼻窦炎患者使用鼻内窥镜治疗的临床效果展开分析与探讨。方法:入选本次研究的患者均患有老年慢性鼻窦炎,选取时间范围为2020年7月~2021年11月,研究对象总计选入80例,使用随机抽签法分为两组,每组各40例,对照组采用传统经鼻外路径手术治疗、观察组采用鼻内窥镜治疗,对两组临床疗效展开比较分析。结果:临床症状评分方面,观察组在治疗后均低于对照组,P<0.05;生活质量评分方面,观察组各项分值均较对照组治疗后更高,P<0.05;临床指标方面,观察组糖精清除时间、慢性鼻窦炎内镜评分及各项鼻腔分泌物炎性因子水平测定结果均低于对照组,P<0.05;临床总疗效方面,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05;并发症发生率方面,观察组显著更低,P<0.05。结论:通过应用鼻内窥镜治疗方法,能够使老年慢性鼻窦炎患者临床疗效大幅提升,各项指标的改善均显著更优。Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in elderly patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods:The patients selected in this study all suffered from senile chronic sinusitis.The selected time range was from July 2020 to November 2021.A total of 80 subjects were selected.The method of random lot drawing was used for grouping.The patients were equally divided into two groups.The number of patients in the group was 40.The name and treatment methods were respectively the control group(traditional extranasal surgery)and the observation group(endoscopic therapy),the clinical effects of the two were compared and analyzed.Results:The scores of clinical symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05);In terms of quality of life score,all scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05);In terms of clinical indicators,the saccharin clearance time,endoscopic score of chronic sinusitis and the level of inflammatory factors in nasal secretions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The total clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of elderly patients with chronic nasosinusitis can be greatly improved by the application of endoscopic therapy,and the improvement of various indicators is significantly better.
