彩色多普勒超声检测下肢深静脉血栓的应用进展

摘　　要：下肢深静脉血栓(Deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity,DVT)常伴肿胀、肌肤淤青发紫等症状,血栓脱落可发生肺栓塞,诱使血流动力学不稳,危及个体生命安全。因DVT的形成、发病隐匿,无典型症状、体征,易于其他类型疾病混淆,临床诊断准确性较差,因此及时、准确的诊断对患者治疗、预后有重要意义。彩色多普勒超声可实时显示血管内局部血流频谱图,适用于全身各部位脏器超声检查,具有敏感性高、方便快捷、费用低等优势。国内外均有研究,彩色多普勒超声因具有高分辨率的特点,在DVT诊断的临床应用中已具备较高准确性,是目前作为DVT首选的检查方法。为了更好的协助DVT的临床诊断及治疗,本文特对近年来彩色多普勒超声检测DVT的应用进行综述,以期为临床研究提供参考资料。Deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity(DVT)is often accompanied by symptoms such as swelling,bruising and purple skin,pulmonary embolism can occur when thrombus falls off,which can induce hemodynamic instability and endanger the life of individuals.Due to the formation and concealment of DVT,no typical symptoms and signs,and easy to be confused with other types of diseases,the accuracy of clinical diagnosis is poor.Therefore,timely and accurate diagnosis is of great significance to the treatment and prognosis of patients.Color Doppler ultrasound can display the local blood flow spectrogram in the blood vessel in real time,it is suitable for the ultrasound examination of various organs in the whole body,and it has the advantages of high sensitivity,convenience and speed,and low cost.There are researches at home and abroad,because of its high resolution,color Doppler ultrasound has high accuracy in the clinical application of DVT diagnosis,and it is currently the preferred inspection method for DVT.In order to better assist the clinical diagnosis and treatment of DVT,this article reviews the application of color Doppler ultrasound in detecting DVT in recent years,in order to provide reference materials for clinical research.
